I’m amazed Southend had the most possession, you seemed to sit back and then hit us on the break. It disappointing that with all the chances we created that our only goal was from the penalty spot. Leon Clarke played well for you, always looked lkely to score.
Yes I was slightly surprised as well but they are the facts.We were holding on a little at the end and thought you played some good stuff and will be ok in the end.Luke Rodgers always has been a decent player!
Good result again.I hope we don’t rely to heavily on Leon though like we did with Freddy.
