Away supporters will be in the ‘Cowshed’ end, now that the large ‘Kop End’ is purely for home fans. The ‘Cowshed’ has a fairly new cover, and has good facilities and no blocked views of the match.

For anyone arriving early, a good place to drink is ‘The Prenton Park Hotel’ which is only a short walk from the ground.

How to get to Prenton Park:-

By Car:-
From M6/M56 join the M53 and exit at Junction 4 and take the B5151 Mount Road from the fourth exit of the roundabout (the ground is signposted from here). After two and a half miles when Mount Road becomes Storeton Road, turn right into Prenton Road West and the ground will be visible on the right hand side.

There is good car parking at the ground, but if not possible, local side streets are the best bet, but beware of the usual local residents parking schemes in place.

By Train:-
The closest railway stations are Rock Ferry and Birkenhead Central, both served by Liverpool Lime St. Both stations are a fair walk from the ground. (15-20 minutes).
