Southend players back from injury

Three Southend United players came back from injury yesterday when they helped the Reserves beat Cambridge 2-1 at Boots & Laces.

Lewis Hunt, Carl Pettefer and Jay Smith have all had various injuries over the past few weeks but all made a comeback when they played yesterday.

Another regular by the name of Mitchell Cole made his appearance and even got on the scoresheet along with Andy Edwards.
