Prior Happy On The Bench?

Defender Spencer Prior said that, if it is for the good of the team, he is happy to bide his time on the bench.

Due to injury problems, Prior has only started three games this year despite being a key player in Southends promotion season last year.

He told the Echo:

‘I’m fine with my situation and there is no way I can be frustrated with what is happening because the team have been winning.’

Adding

‘I haven’t even really been to the see the manager about it because I’m happy and we’ve been getting the results.’
